Mckinsey proposed the “3 horizons of growth” to help business leaders hone their analysis of where and how to compete, grow, and best manage their organizations.
In this talk, given when I was at SEEK Group, I apply the model to Technology transformation, and attempt to draw the members present into a discussion on its application to people & teams as well as architecture or strategy.
I also outline a few activities that can provide data points for consideration and focus the attention of people as part of the model.
